Great value, saved some money

I was looking for a custom PS5 controller but didn't want to overspend. I kept an eye out for a discount and found an influencer code for 10% off. It really helped bring down the cost of the Hex Ultimate PS5 Controller. Shipping was free, which was another plus. For the features I got, especially the digital triggers, the price felt really fair after the discount. I felt like I got a really good deal.

Good custom Xbox controller

Ordered a Hex Ultra One Xbox Series X Controller. Build time was quick, delivered in 6 days. Quality is solid. Works as advertised.

Really happy with my controller

I got the Hex Rival Pro PS5 Controller a couple weeks ago. It was my first time ordering from them. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which was totally fine. The controller feels really good, way better than the standard one. The back buttons are super handy for Warzone. I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger on getting a custom controller, it makes a real difference. Definitely worth it.

Solid controller, good service

I decided to upgrade my PS4 controller and went with the Hex Blade PS4 Controller. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I chose some custom faceplates and added rubberized grips. The build time for my custom controller was around 10 days, which they had mentioned upfront. Shipping took another 5 days to reach my address in California. When it arrived, the packaging was secure. The controller itself feels premium, the clicky buttons are a nice touch, and the remappable back buttons are a game changer for competitive play. I had a quick question about remapping a button, and their support team responded within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a positive experience and a high-quality product.

My new favorite controller!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Hex Phantom PS5 Controller and it's incredible! The custom d-pad is a dream for fighting games and the interchangeable thumbsticks are so smart. Everything feels so responsive and well-made. This controller has completely elevated my gaming. I can't wait to play with it all weekend! I'm already thinking about getting one for my friend. Seriously, you won't regret it!

Decent controller, few small things

I purchased a custom Xbox Series S controller with hair triggers and remappable back buttons. The controller itself performs really well in games, the hair triggers are super responsive, and the build quality feels good. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around two weeks total, which felt a little slow. The rubberized grips are comfortable, but one side felt a tiny bit less grippy than the other, though it's not a major issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance and features for the price, but the delivery speed and a minor inconsistency in the grip could be improved.
